1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato soup
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Hamburger buns or Taco shells
1/2 cup head shredded lettuce
1 chopped tomato
1 cup grated shredded cheese
Brown ground beef in frying pan. Stir in tomato soup, yellow mustard, and salt. Simmer 10 - 15 minutes. Serve over buns for Sloppy Joes or spoon into Taco shells and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
Can be done ahead of time and frozen.
